Wool Testing
PBEX has been the agent for the NZ Wool Testing Authority in Latin America for many years and we are regularly processing wool samples from our agents in Chile and the Falkland Islands to give certification on greasy or scoured wool for micron, colour, yield, vegetable matter content, length and strength. These test result certificates are very important as information to a potential buyer, and to the farm owner from which to make management decisions.
Should we not have the desired product in our portfolio we will undertake to try to source a suitable product or solution from our extensive list of contacts. Thus, we ask clients that if they have requirements not separately listed, they give us information on their needs, and we will attempt to source and offer a competitively priced solution.

With our many years of experience in Latin America we have often been asked to arrange and conduct special interest tours of farmers or special groups to visit producers in specific parts of South America – or for Latin farmers wishing to visit New Zealand or Australia. We can both arrange and conduct these tours ourselves– or with a professional tour company depending on client requirements and numbers. Special interest tours are a marvellous way of seeing and learning from other people’s experiences, and they can be constructed to allow for many different experiences.
